All wholesale accounts are reviewed prior to approval. Pricing and discounts are awarded based on tier volume, format, and operational fit.

OUR APPROACH

At Copan Coffee Roasters, wholesale means more than purchasing coffee—it’s a partnership rooted in transparency, quality control, and shared standards.

We roast in small batches, focus on seasonality, and build blends and single origins that perform consistently on bar and in batch brewing. Our team supports partners with education, dialing-in guidance, and scalable supply.

Wholesale pricing is available exclusively for the following formats:

• 2 oz 40 count fractional pack

• 2 oz 40 count filter pack

• 12 oz retail bags

• 1 kilo bulk bags

• 5 lb bulk bags

Other formats are not eligible for wholesale pricing.

VOLUME 

Wholesale discounts awarded after application review.

Indicative Monthly Volume Tiers

• Tier 1: 50–150 lb / month

• Tier 2: 150–300 lb / month

• Tier 3: 300+ lb / month

Final pricing is determined based on:

• Monthly volume consistency

• Bag format 

• Business type & service model
