Designed and made in Korea using European pulp materials, HIFLUX High Fast introduces advanced lyocell fiber technology and a precision 3D structure to pour-over brewing.

Unlike conventional paper filters, lyocell is a regenerated cellulose fiber formed into smooth, continuous threads. This structure is designed to reduce lipid adhesion, allowing more coffee oils and aromatic compounds into the final brew while maintaining exceptional clarity.

The result is a cup with greater aroma, layered flavor, enhanced texture, and a clean, balanced finish.

RETHINK THE PAPER BED

HIFLUX's lyocell technology creates a three-dimensional filter structure designed to promote efficient water movement throughout the coffee bed.

Its precision micro-pattern controls the movement of coffee fines, allowing a measured amount of ultra-fine particles to pass through. This contributes additional body and texture while preserving the clarity expected from a specialty pour-over.

HIFLUX High Fast is engineered to achieve flow rates up to 42% faster than conventional paper filters, opening the door to finer grind settings, higher extraction potential, and shorter brew times.

By reducing water ponding above the coffee bed, fresh water can continue moving through the grounds more efficiently. This gives the brewer greater control over extraction and more freedom to adjust grind size, agitation, pouring structure, and brew time.

For specialty coffees, that flexibility can help bring forward sweetness, acidity, aromatics, and flavor separation while creating a more expressive and complex cup.
