CARE + USE
Power & Operation
Aiden is designed for household use with standard 110–120V power. Always place the machine on a stable, level surface. Do not operate without water in the reservoir. Allow the brew cycle to complete before removing the carafe or filter basket.
Cleaning
Allow the machine to cool before cleaning. Wash the carafe, filter basket, and removable parts with warm, soapy water or place them in the dishwasher if dishwasher-safe. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the base or power cord in water.
Descaling (Deep Cleaning)
To maintain performance, descale regularly based on water hardness and usage. Use a manufacturer-approved descaling solution and follow on-screen prompts or app guidance. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after descaling.
Filter Use
Use compatible cone or flat-bottom filters as specified. Replace filters after each brew and avoid overfilling to ensure proper flow and extraction.
Travel & Storage
Before storing, empty the water reservoir and allow all components to dry completely. Store in a dry environment with the lid open or loosely closed to prevent moisture buildup.
Use Guidelines
Maximum capacity is 1.5 L (10 cups). Do not exceed the fill line. Use only water in the reservoir—do not brew milk or other liquids. Avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve surfaces and components.
