We appreciate your recent purchase from our website. As we offer a diverse range of items, our return policies may vary. 

For roasted coffee bean orders, if the items you receive do not match your original order, we are happy to replace them within one week from the purchase date. Given the importance of coffee freshness, prompt consumption is crucial. Should you find any discrepancies in your coffee bean order, please email us at support@copancoffeeroasters.com, attaching a photo of the received product. We will expedite the replacement process for you. Kindly return the items in their original condition and packaging.

In case of equipment and merchandise returns or exchanges, we allow a one-week window for receipt. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. If your order does not meet your requirements, please contact us at support@copancoffeeroasters.com and return the items to our headquarters store.

Please ensure a smooth return or exchange process by providing your full name and order number along with clear instructions for the desired action. Once we receive the items, the turnaround time for processing returns and exchanges is 1-2 weeks. To expedite this process, consider using an expedited shipping service. 

If the initial purchase was made using a credit card, we will credit the card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of the items' condition. It is essential that items are returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In instances where an item cannot be exchanges or repaired to meet the request, credit may be issued to copancoffeeroasters.com.

Online purchases may be returned or exchanged either by mail or in-store. To quality for a full refund, returns must be include the original receipt, and the merchandise must be in its original condition. When returning items by mail, be sure to include the order number, name, and address. 

Please note that Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable unless the item is found to be completely damaged or defective. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
