Grown by smallholder farmers, these beans are washed and sun dried to perfection, resulting in a delectable brew with a score of 85. Tarrazu, hailed as the birthplace of Costa Rican coffee, offers optimal conditions for the Catuai and Caturra plants, with rich soil, favorable micro-climate, and high altitudes.
