Amazing Fall Coffee Drinks to FALL IN LOVE With!

Don’t FALL into the rut of drinking the same old seasonal lattes every year! We leave you here three of our favorite fall inspired recipes at Copan Coffee Roasters.

S'mores Latte

Enjoy this outdoors-inspired latte with all the flavors of your favorite campfire treat- chocolate, graham cracker crumbs and toasted marshmallows!  The perfect under-the-stars drink.

Ingredients:
  • Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup (Plus a little for drizzling on top)
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • 2 oz espresso or 4 oz strongly brewed coffee. We highly recommend Buenos Aires Honey.

Directions:

  1. Rub a small amount of honey around the rim of your mug.
  2. Dip into Graham Cracker crumbs for a crunchy-sweet rim. This not only looks super fun but gives that extra level of flavor to your latte!
  3. Carefully add in your hot coffee.
  4. Mix your chocolate syrup and milk in a small saucepan and heat until warm and bubbly.
  5. Froth the milk any way you desire.
  6. Add frothed milk to the coffee and top mini marshmallows. If you are feeling a little extra toast them lightly.
  7. Extra step: drizzle with a little more chocolate sauce and enjoy!

No espresso machine? Aeropress or French Press make great, concentrated alternatives to espresso. You can also use your usual brewing method and just make an extra-strong batch.

Maple Cinnamon Latte

Make the most of the crisp weather and fill your home with the aroma of cinnamon, maple syrup, and warm coffee. This maple latte recipe has all the chilly autumn vibes, and it is a perfect impromptu fall pick-me-up.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz espresso or 4 oz strongly brewed coffee. *We highly recommend Brazil Florada.
  • 6-8 oz milk of choice
  • 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Dash Cinnamon.
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling (optional)

Directions:

  1. Brew espresso or coffee and pour into your mug.
  2. Pour vanilla extract and maple syrup directly in coffee.
  3. Heat and froth milk (this can actually be done multiple ways), and pour into your mug.
  4. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top of the foam or whipped cream.

No espresso machine? Aeropress or French Press make great, concentrated alternatives to espresso. You can also use your usual brewing method and just make an extra-strong batch.
