Due to a variety of items for sale on our website, we have different return policies.
If your roasted coffee beans arrive and items don't match your order completely, we will replace them within one week timeframe of the purchase date. The freshness of coffee makes it crucial that it is consumed in a timely manner. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the product you received, so we can replace it as soon as possible with the correct item. Please return them in their original condition and box.
For equipment and merchandise return or exchange we allow a week time to receive. Items must be in original condition and box. If the order doesn't fit your needs, please email us email@example.com and return your items to our HQ store.

Must include order number and your full name, with instructions for exchange or refund. Turnaround time for returns and exchanges is 1-2 weeks once we receive the items. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) after receipt and confirmation of items condition. Items must be in original condition and be returned within 7 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. If unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with the request, we may issue credit to copancoffeeroasters.com
