“Why coffee and yoga, together?”
To many, the caffeinated beverage seems at odds with the ancient exercise tradition. Since “Yoga calms you down, and coffee winds you up.”
Yoga and coffee together represent the element of morning rituals.
Routines in general, and morning routines in particular, are soothing and impactful over the course of a lifetime. When we add a few minutes of intuitive movement into that ritual, all sorts of good things happen to the body, mind and soul. We are more alert, peaceful and creative. All the systems of our body tend to work better.
We invite you to come and flow through a vinyasa class with Paola Marino @harinahyoga at Wild Spirit Yoga followed by a coffee tour at Copan Coffee Roasters, where you will taste 4 coffee origins and learn more about where our coffee comes from, how it is grown, harvested, and processed. You’ll learn about this important piece of this morning ritual.
Learn to identify aspects of the coffee’s taste, such as body, sweetness, acidity, flavor, and aftertastes. Cool perk- after tasting 4 organic coffee origins you will get to take your fav coffee home.

NOTE: 45 mins yoga class will be imparted at Wild Spirit Yoga from there we will all drive together (4 mins drive) to Copan Coffee Roasters.
Bring water, and a light breakfast is recommended since food will not be included.
