Featuring a blend of South America and Africa coffees that showcases a washed offering with
delicate juicy tropical fruit notes and a natural processed coffee
with peach tea sweetness.
The result is our expression of a brilliant coffee with floral aroma, notes of
mango, pineapple and crisp apple-like acidity, along with peach tea sweetness.
These coffees sparkle with brightness and notes of seasonal tropical fruit.

RATIO - 1:16 G coffee per water
GRIND - Sea salt resembling coarseness
ADD FILTER - Warm the vessel and discard water. Pour ground coffee into the filter
ADD WATER - Pour twice the amount of water that you have coffee in a circular pattern from center and spiraling out toward the edge. This is know as the ”bloom.”
